Billing
RATES FOR THE CHEROKEE
$170 / hour wet (with fuel)
- Dry rate: $120. The plane will be topped off when you arrive, you top it off when you return it.
- Maximum wet reimbursement rate: KRDB price + $1.00.
- There will be a 3-hour minimum rental on all overnight (i.e. 24 hour) rentals.
- Ask us about referral discounts.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PA-28 RENTAL
- PPL or better
- Current medical certificate
- Non-owner’s rental insurance (see links)
- At least 10 hours in a Piper PA-28 or comparable experience in similar aircraft
- Completion of a checkout ride at the renter’s expense
BILLING
- Billing will be based on Hobbs time in 1/10 of an hour increments. Both Hobbs time (the amount of time the aircraft has been in use) and Tach time (engine RPM) will be recorded for each rental at the beginning and end of the rental period. If the tenths digit has started to move, round down.
- Payments may be made on Flight Circle or via Zelle, cash or check.
Instruction
- $60/hr for checkouts and private instruction
- $75/hr for instrument, commercial, advanced instruction
